I’ve learned that life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. There are days filled with uncertainty, fear, and exhaustion. Yet, I’ve also come to realize that how we choose to live—even in the hardest of times—makes all the difference.
As many of you know, for the past few years, my wife has been courageously battling her fourth different cancer. It’s been a journey filled with uncertainty, fear, and immense strength.
Today, I want to explore something that we all encounter at some point in our lives—the transition from feeling furious to feeling curious. It’s natural to feel angry or frustrated when things don’t go as planned or when life seems to be throwing obstacle after obstacle in our way.
As we move through this season, I’ve been thinking a lot about the ways we expand and collapse our mindsets. It’s easy to think of ourselves as fixed in our beliefs, routines, and ways of thinking—but the truth is, we have the power to reshape, grow, and evolve at any moment.
As we stand on the threshold of 2025, I wanted to take a moment to reflect with you on the power of intention—the quiet force that shapes our year ahead. The start of a new year is a beautiful invitation to pause, breathe, and set our hearts and minds in alignment with what truly matters.
