Over the years — in my caregiving journey, in writing Joy Is Your Nature, and in my own inner work — I’ve come to see grace not as something lofty or out of reach, but as a way of moving through life.
To walk with grace is to carry yourself with quiet strength, even when the road feels heavy.
It’s choosing patience when you want to rush.
It’s offering kindness — to yourself and others — even when things don’t go as planned.
It’s knowing that every step, even the uncertain ones, has value.
Grace isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
It’s about showing up as your whole, human self, trusting that each moment has something to teach you.
My hope for you this week: that you give yourself permission to walk with grace — slowly, intentionally, and with compassion for yourself and those around you.
With gratitude and hope,
Geoff
P.S. How do you define grace in your own life? I’d love to hear your reflections. Just hit reply — I read every note.
