Life has a way of rerouting us.
A diagnosis.
A loss.
A change you never saw coming.
And suddenly, the path you were walking feels unfamiliar.
In those moments, it’s easy to question your strength.
But here’s what I’ve learned—
Strength doesn’t always look like pushing through.
Sometimes, it looks like pausing to breathe.
Sometimes, it looks like asking for help.
Sometimes, it’s choosing to take just one small step when everything inside you wants to stop.
Unforeseen challenges have a way of revealing parts of us we didn’t know existed—resilience that was hidden, courage that was dormant, grace we didn’t know we carried.
If you’re facing something heavy right now, let this be a reminder:
You don’t have to do it all at once.
You just have to keep showing up—moment by moment, breath by breath.
And as you do, you’ll find a quiet kind of strength. The kind that isn’t shaken by the wind, because it’s rooted in something deeper:
Your presence.
Your heart.
Your choice to keep going.
You are stronger than you know.
With deep respect,
Geoff
